감사하는 자세 Thankful Posture

하나님께 감사를 드립니다. 

첫번 째 이유는, 

이전까지 강도를 당한 적이 없기 때문입니다.

둘째로는, 

강도들이 내 지갑은 가져갔지만, 

내 생명을 빼앗지는 못했기 때문입니다. 

셋째로는, 

비록 그들이 내 모든 것을 가져 갔지만,

그것이 그리 많지는 않기 때문입니다.

넷째로는,

내가 강도를 만난 것이지,

강도가 된 것은 아니기 때문입니다.

+ 너무나 많은 사람들이

자신들이 가지지 못한 것이나

부족한 것들 

그리고

상황이 달라졌으면 하는 기대에

사로잡혀 있습니다.

그들은 이러한 것들에 

관심을 집중하고 있기에

성장하지 못하고

미성숙한 상태에 머물러 있습니다.

반대로, 

영적으로 성숙한 사람들은

감사할 제목이 너무나 많다는 사실을 

알고 있습니다. +

+ Too many get caught up with what they do not have, 

the things they lack and circumstances they wish were different. 

Because they focus on these things, 

their growth is stunted and immaturity continual. 

In contrast the spiritually mature understand 

they have much to be thankful for. +
